This letter is being prepared and sent to Rescue Simulation Products (RSP) to express our delight with our new RSP Ambulance Simulator. Our simulator was delivered and assembled on site in Spring of 2011. I have to say the process was smooth and our students love the simulator. I actually have a hard time getting them out of it so we can return to class for lecture. This RSP Ambulance Simulator brings more realism to the scenario and the students’ learning while we are conducting labs. Once our order was received, this company did everything they said they would do. They arrived on time on the scheduled day and went to work immediately. By the end of the day we were at least 80% assembled. RSP is a professional and customer oriented business. Even after the assembly and their departure, we have received emails from them to see if we have experienced any problems or issues, which we have not. So far everything has worked great and our students really love this addition to our lab area. Our Advisory Committee loves it as well and I would not hesitate to recommend this product to any EMS program.
