The Service We Received Has Been Exceptional!

Our EMS Program is newly established at Lee College in Baytown, Texas after being closed for 9+ years.  The college supported the purchase of two ambulance simulators; one intended for a satellite center and the second is on hold until we have a more permanent space on the main campus.  Our advisory committee is very happy knowing we have the ability to train our students in a real life-like environment.

From day one, the service we received in purchasing the simulator, the design of the graphics, the installation process and instruction regarding the use of it has been exceptional.  The gentlemen who delivered and installed the simulator were a pleasure to work with.  They arrived when they said they would and began work immediately.  They were friendly, efficient and quick.  A few days later, the college had a ribbon cutting event at this location and the simulator was the hit of the event.  It was the same at the grand opening event a few weeks after that.

We have since done some training in it with out new EMS instructional staff and plan to use it regularly with our students.  Our first class begins next week.  The ability to project the camera views is an added bonus for our students.  Now everyone can watch what is going on and learn from each other’s scenarios.  Additionally, by the time they get to their field rotations, they will be familiar with what it is like and be much more comfortable working in the back of the ambulance.

I highly recommend this product and this company to any EMS program.

Sincerely,
